I have decided to drop the profile project and I'm in process of removing the profile for 4 of the members except Rev. Allen. I wont pick up the profile project unless tere's a dedicate personnel willing to do it.

CMYF Idol Night

The MYF members were sepatated into 4 groups led by the leaders. Four children songs were presented that evening and the advisors were the judges. The first group had its members wearing rabbit ear head-band and sang "Learn to Dance like a Rabbit". The second group showed its members in two teams, dogs and cats. The third group sang "As Long as I Grow up" while the last group, with their yellow shirts, sang somehting about trumpets. The last group also sang a song which they re-write the lyrics. The winner for the night was the last group.

Almost all group try to tie their song or dance to biblical teaching, so I think next time we should use Christian/youth song directly, should have same effects.

Easter Camp 2006: 爱的团契

On 14-15 April 2006, Nedlands chinese MYF have organised an Easter camp at Iluka. We give thanks to our heavenly Father for guiding us smoothly through the whole camp. Through this camp, I believe brothers and sisters get to know more about Christ and what type of spiritual life we should live as a Christian. Morever, brothers and sisters get to know each other better and build a better fellowship in MYF. We would like to give our thanks to Rev Allen & Shi Mu for leading the workshops which cover the christian serving's attitude, the fellowship's life and fellowship's relationship. Thanks to our diligent committee members for putting in their effort in preparing the camp. Not to forget everyone for participating in this camp. We pray that brothers and sisters in Christ will put into practice of what you have learned in the camp in your real life. Show your love to God by serving Him with all your heart and with all your soul and with all your strength and with all your mind.

MYF Revival Camp Detail 2006

Good Friday is just around the corner. Let us recall ourselves on what the Lord our God has done for us by sacrificing His life and died for our sins on the cross. Through this camp, we hope that youth members will draw closer to God and learn to submit our life to God. The purpose of this revival camp is to revive our spiritual life with God and and equip ourselves with God's word in our daily life.

Please be reminded to bring your precious Bible, notebooks, pens & some extra clothes. Electronic games, poker cards, Mah jong are strictly prohibited in the camp. However you are allowed to bring some board games.
